My story isn't about perfection. It's about progress.

I wasn't born with an easy path. My life has been shaped by challenges, loss, trauma, setbacks, and moments that could have defined me if I had let them. I've experienced homelessness, financial struggles, mental health challenges, and times when I questioned where I belonged.

I've made mistakes, I've been misunderstood, and I've had to rebuild more than once. But every obstacle taught me something. Instead of allowing my past to become my identity, I chose to let it become my education.

Healing isn't just about recovering from pain. It's about creating a new future.

That realization inspired me to study business, behavioral health, wellness coaching, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and community support. I wanted to understand not only how to rebuild my own life, but how to help others rebuild theirs.

That's why I created Business Creator LLC and envisioned M4 Wellness CA. My purpose is to help people discover that they are capable of more than they believe — whether someone wants to start a business, improve their confidence, recover from setbacks, build financial stability, or create a healthier mindset. I want to walk alongside them as they build a life they can be proud of.

I believe wellness is bigger than physical health. It's about strengthening the mind, developing mastery, finding motivation, and creating momentum. Those four areas work together to help people become independent, resilient, and successful.
